Process of Referral/Placement:
After telephone contact with Debra Corn Agency, Inc., the referring agency should submit the enclosed Admission Packet. A review of the information (by phone or written) will then result in a return contact by DCA, Inc. within 24 hours or less, as needed, regarding appropriate available homes.

Process of Emergency Placement:
