This agency will accept referrals for children designated as CHINS, newborn to twenty-one years of age, who are physically and/or sexually abused, neglected, mentally handicapped, emotionally disturbed, difficult to handle, status offenders, developmentally delayed, unwed pregnant teenagers (and infant), rehabilitated substance abusers, delinquent parolees, abandoned, severely physically handicapped, or medically fragile children. This program is appropriate as an alternative to institutional placement. Ethnically diversified homes are available.
