A Message From Debra Corn

The success of any agency depends on how it meets the needs of the population it is intended to serve. When I founded the Debra Corn Agency in 1986, it was with the mission to serve the unmet needs of a very special population group - children who were classified as "special needs". Because of behavioral, emotional, physical, and/or mental disabilities, many of these children were "falling through the cracks" or being institutionalized. Our goal was to prevent institutionalization by providing an alternative, a network of trained specialized/therapeutic foster homes, supplemented by trained agency support staff who would be available 24 hours a day for emergencies. In recognition of how weel we have met our mission, we are very proud of our recognition as the Indiana Foster Care and Adoption Association's "1998 Agency Of The Year".

The Debra Corn Agency, Inc. has grown to six reginal offices and now incorporates a variety of services, which you will find outlined in this website. As we look forward to the 21st century, we are continuing to expand services and looking for new ways to serve the needs of families and children. We invite you to take a look at the Debra Corn Agency, Inc., become a part of our services, or join our professional team.
